A shipwreck has been removed at Bowen months after it washed up on the rocks.
“7 Wonder” became wedged on large rocks near Rose Bay during Ex-Tropical Cyclone Koji in January

It took Maritime Safety Queensland and Clayton’s Towing nine days to recover and remove the 70 tonne and 28 metre long vessel.
The ship had been raising concerns due to it’s environmental impacts, spilling approximately 13 cubic meters of styrofoam onto the beach.
