Bass Persuades arrives September 18 on Atlantic Records, her first release for the label and her first album since 2025’s Something Beautiful.
“Music takes hold of us. We feel it, sing it, sometimes dance to it, let it out and carry on. It is powerful, vulnerable, sweet and strong. Heart full, heartache, every part of life in between. That’s what the title means to me.”
She added: “Thank you for being a part of making my wildest dreams come true. I sincerely hope you love this album.”
The announcement came with a short teaser of her on electric guitar titled “MILEY”

To mark the release, she will play her first full U.S. concerts in years at the Hollywood Bowl.
Model/Actriz will open. She called the venue her favourite place to experience music and said she was “bringing it home.” Presales begin September 8.
This new era for Miley comes after the loss of her Godmother, Dolly Parton
She shared on Instagram saying:
“The feeling of losing my Aunt Dolly is beyond what feels right to share. Our most sacred moments were private and they’ll stay there behind the stage, beneath the glamour & between our hearts.
What I KNOW is Dolly would want me to feel it, write a song about it, and then continue on and be strong. I have an angel by my side. I always have. One of our last conversations was about music and metamorphosis. 🦋
I will always love her and want to make her proud. My heart breaks for the world, her family and friends who will miss her deeply. We’re in this loss together and we will see her in all of the most beautiful things. 💖 “
