A third person has been taken to hospital for a marine sting, within a 24 hour period.
A woman in her 20s suffered a suspected marine sting to her neck and back, at Airlie Beach.
Paramedics came to the scene off Shingley Drive, at 10.30am yesterday.

The woman was taken to Proserpine Hospital in a stable condition.
This incident comes after another two people were taken to Mackay Hospital for reported jelly stings at Mackay Harbour on Sunday.
