As the weather heats up snakes are back on the move.
A person has been bitten by a snake at Haliday Bay overnight.
Paramedics attended the scene at a private residents just after 7PM.

The female patients was then taken to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition.
It’s unknown which species of snake was involved.
