Police hunt for ute, caravan stolen from Blacks Beach

A utility and caravan were reported stolen from Blacks Beach, sometime between March 29 and on April 8.

The car is described as a blue Holden Colorado utility bearing registration plates 667ZDV and was located at a Cavanagh Rd property.

The caravan is described as a 2018 Golf Savannah caravan bearing registration plates 514UGL.

The vehicle and caravan were locked and secured in a driveway, on private grounds, with the caravan attached to the vehicle.

Anyone who might have information about the current location of the utility and/or caravan, or the offence itself, is encouraged to contact police as soon as possible.

Police will remind our region’s vehicle owners to avoid storing car keys within vehicles when they are unattended, instead seek locations where keys can be secured and also out of sight.

If you witness any suspicious activity, at any time of the day, please report the matter to police as soon as possible.
