Mackay police are investigating a series of complaints linked to the rider of a Yamaha CY50.
It’s alleged they were riding for an extended period of time in the pedestrian/cyclist only lane along Harbour Wall on August 7 around 7:00am.
Many people were either walking or running at the time.
Complaints were also received in relation to the manner of riding such as speeding and doing wheelies.
Anyone who may have information is encouraged to contact police.
The number plates in the images have since been cancelled.
