A 30-year-old Mackay man has been charged following two alleged armed robberies in Mackay.
Police say he threatened an employee with a gun at a massage business on Nebo Road on Tuesday this week and then fled the scene with cash and bank cards.
It’s alleged later in the day around 4.00pm, the man attended a business on Prospect Street and threatened a worker with a knife, once again fleeing with cash.

He was arrested by officers early yesterday morning, at a Mackay address without incident.
He has been charged with two counts of armed robbery and one count each of fraud, possessing dangerous drugs and failing to appear in accordance with an undertaking.
