A Mackay man will face Brisbane Magistrate’s Court today after alleged disorderly behaviour at Brisbane Airport.
The 40-year-old is accused of acting aggressive towards an airport staff member in the domestic terminal on February 11, 2026.
When approached by AFP officers, the man allegedly refused to follow requests or instructions, and was arrested.

He was released from police custody a day later and issued a notice to appear charged with one count of assault or obstruct police and one count of public nuisance.
The maximum penalty for each offence is six months imprisonment.
