A crime scene has been declared after a man’s body was found at a home in Mackay’s northern beaches.
Emergency services were called to an Ian Wood Drive address at Dolphin Heads around 3:15pm Thursday following a welfare check request.
The 56-year-old was found non-responsive in the yard of the property and pronounced dead at the scene.

A crime scene has been declared as investigations into the circumstances of his death continue.
