The forensic crash unit is appealing for information following a serious motorbike crash at Oakenden.
Initial investigations indicate before 3.00pm on Sunday, a motorbike and a cane train collided on Eton Homebush Road, near Oakenden School Road.
The rider, a man in his 50s, sustained serious injuries and was transported to Mackay Base Hospital for treatment.

Anyone with dashcam or CCTV from the area is being urged to come forward.
