A local teen has been killed in a crash at Moranbah.
Emergency services were called to the Peak Downs Highway around 11.25am on Friday after a silver Toyota Hilux crashed into a power pole.
The passenger of the Hilux, an 18-year-old Balberra man, suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.

An 18-year-old Beaconsfield man who was driving the vehicle sustained minor injuries and was transported to Moranbah Hospital for assessment.
The Forensic Crash Unit are investigating the circumstances of the crash and are appealing to anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam vision to contact police.
