An alleged drink driver has also been caught going nearly 50km/hr over the speed limit at Coppabella.
Police spotted a Toyota Hilux driving at high speed on the Peak Downs Highway last Friday.
It’s alleged that the 32-year-old driver was recorded going at 148km/hr in a 100km/hr zone.

The man then allegedly returned a breath analysis reading of 0.118 – more than two times the legal blood alcohol limit.
He has been charged and will face the Moranbah Magistrates Court on September 18.
