A toddler has been bitten by a dog at a home south of Mackay.
Paramedics were called to a Dysart home in the Isaac Region just before 11 am on Tuesday.
A Queensland Ambulance spokeswoman telling News Corp a female toddler was bitten in the face and has “significant lacerations”.

The girl was taken to a local hospital before being flown in a stable condition to Townsville.
It is unknown what type of dog was involved in the incident.
