Building materials stolen from Finch Hatton construction site

A number of building materials have been stolen from a construction site in Finch Hatton.

Police say the theft happened between February 28 and March 28 at a site on Gorge Road.

Cement, reinforcing steel and temporary fencing were all stolen from the site, with authorities saying a heavy vehicle would have been needed to move the items.

Any witnesses or those with information are being urged to contact police.
