A child has been flown to hospital after a near drowning incident at a resort on Hamilton Island.
The four-year-old boy was found unresponsive at the bottom of the main resort pool, after 1pm yesterday.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and assessed the boy.

He was airlifted by the RACQ CQ Rescue helicopter to Mackay Hospital in a stable condition, along with his mother.
