Three people have been charged following investigations into property crime and drug offences in Koumala and Armstrong Beach.
Police will allege on May 8, a 48-year-old Armstrong Beach woman purchased a green Kawasaki from a Poinciana Avenue address in Seaforth with $2,850 of counterfeit currency.
On July 2, officers executed a search warrant at a Miran Kahn Drive address at Armstrong Beach and located two stolen vehicles, a green Kawasaki, several unregistered vehicles, a quantity of drugs and utensils, and counterfeit currency.
A 48-year-old Armstrong Beach woman present at the time of the search was arrested and charged with possessing dangerous drugs (methylamphetamine), possessing tainted property, possessing counterfeit money, and fraud.
She is due to appear before Sarina Magistrates Court on 10 August.
A 41-year-old Armstrong Beach man was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of motor vehicles, and one count each of possessing dangerous drugs (methylamphetamine), possessing utensils, possessing tainted property, and breach of bail.
He is due to reappear before Mackay Magistrates Court on 29 July.
In a separate investigation, it will be alleged around 12am on 6 July, two men entered a Sands Riad address in Koumala and stole a black Honda Accord and white Nissan Navara from the address.
On 6 July, a 40-year-old Sarina man was arrested and charged with three counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, two counts of possessing dangerous drugs, and one count each of enter dwelling and commit, possessing utensils, and possessing tainted property.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to reappear before Mackay Magistrates Court on 5 August.
The 41-year-old Armstrong Beach man was further charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, and one count each of enter dwelling and commit, possessing dangerous drugs, and possessing utensils.
