A woman has died in hospital days after being hit by a car at Blacks Beach.
The 83-year-old was hit by a Toyota Hilux on Blacks Beach Road last Friday around 5pm.
She was taken to Mackay Base Hospital with life-threatening injuries, where she died yesterday.

The 39-year-old Rural View man driving the Hilux is assisting police as investigations continue.
